ASAPQualificationsSkills and experience: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support role;Robust knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, andActive Directory; Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;A strong customer focused approach;A strong work ethic; A excellent team player; andA positive "can do" attitude.Diploma or higher level study in ICT recommended.
