For over 42 years, Fanelli Dental has proudly cared for the Gladstone community.
We are an airway-focused, prevention-driven practice committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based dentistry and modern technology.
Our team includes: 4 OHTs, 1 hygienist , 4 Dentists & a highly skilled clinical and admin team

Job Description




We are seeking an Oral Health Therapist who is responsible for delivering high-quality preventive, periodontal and restorative care within their clinical scope, while supporting patient education and oral health promotion.
The role works collaboratively with Dentists, Hygienists and the wider practice team to deliver safe, patient-centred care in line with Australian professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
For Graduate OHTs

Our structured graduate program is designed to build confidence, clinical skills, and long-term career satisfaction through genuine mentorship and realistic appointment schedules.
Your First Year Includes:
