This role calls for an energetic, floor-led Food & Beverage Operations Manager to take full ownership of the venue s event and banquet operations.
Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef, you will lead service execution across all functions from multi-day corporate retreats to late-running weddings and gala dinners.
You will manage and mentor a dedicated team of supervisors and casual event staff, bringing an adaptable leadership style that connects genuinely with regional teams while upholding strict, high-touch hospitality standards.
