We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyLiaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilmentResolve customer queries and issues in a prompt and professional mannerMaintain accurate customer records and documentationProvide updates on orders, deliveries,
