We're partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce company with a technology-led platform connecting consumers and businesses across multiple markets.As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, growth and retention across Australia and New Zealand.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to acquire, convert, engage and retain customers in a digital workplace.
You'll have genuine ownership of growth strategy and performance, while working closely with commercial, product and technology teams.The RoleOwn the growth marketing strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retentionIdentify and deliver new opportunities to accelerate customer and business growthLead and develop a high-performing marketing teamDrive performance across digital, CRM, partnerships, content, social and other growth channelsUse customer and campaign data to identify opportunities, test ideas and improve ROIManage marketing budgets and ensure investment is aligned to commercial outcomesWork closely with product, commercial and technology teams to support business growthIntroduce smarter ways of working through technology, automation and AIReport on performance, insights and growth opportunities to senior stakeholdersWhat we're looking for10+ years' marketing experience,



including significant people leadershipStrong B2C growth and customer acquisition experienceProven track record of driving growth and scaling businessesExperience across e-commerce, digital platforms, marketplaces, payments, fintech or consumer technologyStrong understanding of digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRM and performance marketingHighly data-driven, with solid commercial and analytical capabilityExperience managing budgets and being accountable for measurable business outcomesStrong technology and digital fluency, with an appetite for emerging tools and AIExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environmentStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teamsThe right personThis is not a traditional brand or communications-led marketing role.
