This is a stand-alone HR management role, supported by an HR Administrator, and provides the opportunity to work closely with senior management, project teams and employees across all levels of the business.This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, understands the construction environment and can provide practical advice across employee relations, industrial relations and day-to-day HR matters.About the roleReporting to senior management, you will have responsibility for managing and developing the HR function across Parkview, including:Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers, project teams and employeesManaging employee relations and industrial relations matters from start to finishManaging performance, investigations, disciplinary processes and workplace issuesOverseeing recruitment and workforce planning across projects and head officeDeveloping, reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiativesManaging the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exitSupporting employee engagement, development and retention initiativesManaging remuneration and salary review processesMaintaining compliance with employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreementsWorking closely with project teams to understand workforce requirements and provide practical HR solutionsSupporting workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiativesManaging HR reporting,
