The RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established property organisation in a senior in-house role.
Working within a team-oriented and high performing team, you will manage residential property transactions from contract through to settlement while building strong relationships.
Your duties will include:Managing end to end conveyancing matters across a high volume residential portfolioPreparing, reviewing and issuing contracts, disclosures, variations and settlement documentationCoordinating settlements through PEXA and managing critical dates and conditionsLiaising with purchasers, solicitors and financiers to facilitate seamless transactionsUtilising systems such as CTS, Salesforce and other conveyancing platforms to manage matters efficientlyMonitoring settlement deadlines and ensuring compliance requirements are metSupporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to a collaborative cultureManaging competing priorities and maintaining exceptional accuracy during peak settlement periodsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current Licensed Conveyancer qualificationsMinimum 3 to 4 years' experience managing conveyancing matters independently end to endStrong experience running residential property transactions from start to finishPrevious private practice experience, with in house experience highly regardedProficiency with PEXA and strong technical skills across conveyancing systemsExperience using Salesforce,
