About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in The Junction, NSW.
You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and securing new listings




Conducting appraisals and market assessments
Advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies
Managing buyer enquiries and vendor communication
Negotiating offers and contracts
Coordinating marketing campaigns
Hosting inspections and property launches
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Managing listings from appraisal through to settlement
Representing Dalton Partners professionally within the community
What We're Looking For
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Proven residential sales experience with a robust track record
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service focus and relationship-building ability
Confidence on camera with social media and personal branding experience
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results
Strong time management and organisational skills
Competency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
Familiarity with the Newcastle property market is highly regarded
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
