12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)$110,000 – $120,000 + Super | Potential to ExtendWe are excited to be partnering with a leading fashion brand to find a talented Product Developer – Accessories to join their creative Design & Production team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accessories product professional to take ownership across the full product development lifecycle, working closely with the Design Manager and Creative Manager to bring seasonal collections to life.You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction, work across trend research, concept development, supplier relationships, and production handover, while playing a key role in delivering commercially successful and beautifully designed accessories.The Opportunity12 month maternity leave contract with potential to extendWork closely with senior creative leadersGenuine ownership across the end-to-end product development processOpportunity to contribute to seasonal collections and product innovationJoin a collaborative and creative Design & Production teamAbout the RoleYou will be responsible for developing commercially relevant, on-trend,



and technically accurate accessories from concept through to production.Key responsibilities include:Managing the end-to-end accessories product development processSupporting seasonal collection development through trend research, concepts, CADs, colourways, and material selectionCreating and maintaining accurate tech packs and specificationsReviewing samples and providing product feedbackWorking closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and timely deliveryIdentifying recent product opportunities, materials, and design innovationsSupporting the Design and Creative teams with collection planning and developmentAbout YouYou are a passionate and commercially minded Product Developer with strong experience across accessories and a genuine passion for bringing product concepts to life.You will have:Previous experience developing accessories from concept through to productionStrong understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing processesExperience creating tech packs and managing supplier relationshipsStrong Adobe Creative Suite skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA balance of creative thinking and commercial judgementThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentThis is an exciting opportunity for an Accessories Product Developer looking to join a high-performing creative team and make a real impact within an established fashion brand.
