About the Company
An established organisation operating within Australia's growing renewable energy sector, delivering projects across the country.
With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join the team and provide support across both office and site-based operations.
About the Role
This is a varied HSEQ position combining site visits, audits, incident investigations, compliance and HSEQ reporting.
Based from the Sydney office, you will regularly visit a regional NSW project site, working closely with site personnel and management to promote strong HSEQ standards and ensure systems and processes are being effectively implemented.
This role would suit an organised and proactive HSEQ professional who enjoys a combination of hands‐on site work and coordination/reporting responsibilities.
Duties
Conduct regular site visits,



inspections and internal auditsSupport compliance with HSEQ management systems and project requirementsInvestigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actionsMaintain HSEQ records, reports and documentationSupport the development and improvement of HSEQ policies and proceduresPromote a robust safety culture across site personnelEnsure personnel have appropriate training, equipment and competencyMonitor changes to relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practiceProvide practical HSEQ advice and support to site teamsAssist with ongoing HSEQ reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
2+ years' HSEQ experience within the solar/renewable energy sector, major infrastructure, or similar industriesStrong understanding of WHS legislation, safety procedures and project requirementsExperience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigationsICAM or equivalent incident investigation training highly regardedCert IV or Diploma in WHS, or equivalent qualificationCert IV Training & Assessment desirableCurrent Australian Driver's Licence with clean driving recordWhite CardStrong communication, organisation and attention to detail
