This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our used vehicle division.
As Used Car Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our used car operations, from inventory management and pricing strategy to sales team leadership and customer satisfaction.
This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and maintaining the high standards Central Coast Automotive is known for in the automotive industry.Key responsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of used vehicle inventory, including acquisition, valuation, pricing and salesLead, mentor and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability and vehicle turnoverMonitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure pricing competitivenessEnsure all vehicles meet quality standards and compliance requirements before saleBuild and maintain robust relationships with trade-in customers, fleet companies and wholesale partnersOversee marketing and promotion of used vehicle inventory across all channelsManage budgets and financial performance metrics for the used car divisionMaintain comprehensive records and reporting on inventory, sales performance and customer interactionsEnsure compliance with all automotive regulations and dealership policiesWhat we're looking forProven experience of at least 3-5 years in used car sales management or a similar automotive management roleDemonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving sales targetsStrong knowledge of vehicle valuation,
