Join a leading national builder delivering high-quality fitout, refurbishment, and light construction projects across commercial, health, education, government, and hospitality sectors.
With a reputation for excellence and a people-first culture, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of major projects in Sydney.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging in value from $1-$20M however may be required from time to time to oversee $1M - $5M.
You will be responsible for driving a collaborative site overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, safety and quality standards are met.
Projects are located all over Sydney however they will try and place you as close to home as possible.
Many Projects are also located in the City.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all site operations to meet programme milestones
Deliver a fully operational facility to client expectations
Maintain industry-leading safety, quality, and compliance standards
Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout delivery
Track progress,



manage site reporting, and maintain accurate documentation
Support and mentor junior team members to strengthen site capability

Salary: $180K - $200K commensurate with experience
Rotating Saturday work – negotiated with your team for balance

What You'll Need
Trade background and building qualification (preferred)
Proven experience independently delivering multiple fitout and refurbishment projects in the tier two sector
Strong planning, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead collaborative teams
High attention to detail across safety, systems, and programme
Confidence using digital site management tools
