You will drive daily production, oversee equipment reliability and champion continuous improvement with a skilled team.We value hands-on leadership, robust planning and a safety-first approach.
Experience in precast or concrete manufacturing is beneficial, with qualifications in mechanical, electrical, engineering or trades highly regarded.
