This is a full-time position that combines both internal and external sales activities, offering the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
You will be at the heart of our sales operations, managing relationships with trade customers, contractors, and businesses whilst driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
This role is crucial to expanding our market presence and delivering value to our diverse customer base.What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, contractors, and trade clients through regular contact and personalised serviceGenerate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and actively pursuing sales leads both inside and outside the officeProvide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they select the most appropriate air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions for their requirementsPrepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing information to customers in a professional and timely mannerProcess customer orders, manage order administration, and ensure smooth transaction completionHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,
