Behind every new store, renewal, relocation, and conversion project is a robust and scalable leasing framework, and that's where you come in.We're looking for an experienced Property Leasing Paralegal to join our Property team at the Store Support Centre.
This role is a quick-paced, high-volume position where you'll take ownership of national lease documentation, drive deal execution, and play a key role in supporting one of Australia's most active retail growth pipelines.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, precision, and accountability.
If you're commercially sharp, detail-driven, and ready to operate at scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You'll Be DoingOwning and managing national retail lease precedents, including governance, continuous improvement, and consistency across the portfolioReviewing, negotiating, and finalising lease documentation for new stores, renewals, relocations, variations, and conversion projectsDriving leasing transactions through to execution, ensuring accuracy, commercial alignment, and timely deliverySupporting a high-volume national growth pipeline alongside a large-scale store conversion programPartnering closely with Leasing, Store Development, and Finance to deliver seamless leasing outcomesProviding commercial oversight on lease terms, balancing risk, governance, and operational practicalityTracking key lease milestones,
