On a 2:1 roster, you will work with senior engineering and construction leaders to deliver safe, productive work within programme, budget and quality requirements.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan civil construction activities and coordinate assigned packages.Interpret designs and specifications and resolve constructability issues.Monitor productivity, resources, programme and delivery risks.Coordinate engineering, supplier and subcontractor interfaces.Maintain inspection plans, RFIs, scopes,



compliance records and progress reports.RequirementsSkills, Education And RequirementsAn Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary qualification, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.Three to five or more years in civil construction or infrastructure, preferably complex major projects.Experience managing engineering packages and coordinating construction teams.Knowledge of construction methods, project controls, contracts, quality and compliance.Practical problem solving, accountability and teamwork.BenefitsWhy Join?
