compliance and continuous improvement.Provide technical and operational leadership across the region.Collaborate as part of the national leadership team.You Will BringExperience leading a technical, engineering, biomedical, laboratory or similarly complex service operation.Proven ability to lead, motivate and performance-manage technical teams.Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.Commercial understanding across budgets, costs, revenue and profitability.Experience managing field-based teams and contractors.A proactive approach to business development and growth.Credibility with technical professionals and senior stakeholders.A biomedical engineering background is advantageous but not essential.
