The program will deliver a current payroll and workforce management solution across a complex enterprise environment, supporting critical payroll, time and attendance processes and integrations.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join the broader transformation team and support the testing and implementation of the new payroll and workforce management solution.The role will focus on testing across payroll, workforce management, timesheeting and time & attendance, including the integrations and end-to-end processes that connect these systems.Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP Payroll is highly preferred, with candidates who have worked across large payroll or HR transformation programs particularly well suited.You will work closely with business, payroll and technology stakeholders to support testing activities, identify and manage defects,



validate system functionality and help ensure the solution delivers accurate end-to-end payroll outcomes.About YouYou will be an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in payroll, HR or workforce management environments.
Ideally, you will bring:SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP Payroll experience - highly preferredStrong payroll systems testing experienceExperience with timesheeting, time & attendance or workforce management solutionsExperience testing end-to-end payroll processes and system integrationsExperience across large-scale payroll, HR or workforce transformation programsStrong understanding of end-to-end payroll processesExperience working across business, payroll and technology teamsStrong functional, integration and end-to-end testing capabilityExperience identifying, documenting and managing defects through to resolutionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working within large, complex enterprise environments
