As the face of our retail trade counter, you'll provide expert advice, process sales, support warehouse operations, and deliver outstanding service to a diverse customer base.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in driving branch performance, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function




Further you will build solid collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required
What Makes You Great
You have experience in a retail sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
SAP skills are desirable tags removed, headings converted to , tags removed, unnecessary application instructions omitted, and content preserved verbatim as per the rules.
