You will troubleshoot desktop hardware, software and peripherals, install and configure computers and applications, and carry out maintenance and updates while keeping clear records of issues and resolutions.You must have hands-on desktop support experience, strong communication, and enjoy solving problems.
An active PV clearance is essential for this role.
