Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will support the finance function across month-end, year-end, reporting and audit.
Responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end month-end and year-end close processesPreparing journals including accruals, prepayments,



provisions and depreciationCompleting general ledger and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparing month-end reporting packs and supporting schedulesAnalysing material movements and investigating variancesAssisting with consolidation and intercompany reportingSupporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit controlAssisting with year-end consolidated financial statements and group elimination journalsSupporting internal and external audit requirementsAssisting with process improvement and finance policy updatesTo be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years' experience in a Financial Accountant position, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
You will have solid exposure to external audit processes, group consolidations and intercompany eliminations, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
CA/CPA qualification is not essential, although candidates who are part qualified or fully qualified will be highly regarded.
