What you'll do
Be the named contact on our recruitment campaigns, taking calls from candidates and clientsManage relationships with panel chairs and agency stakeholders, from entry-level staff to Senior ExecutivesKeep projects on track against client timelines,



milestones and reporting requirementsProject Manage government recruitment processesContribute to quotes and proposals for new work
What you'll bring
Robust working knowledge of the APS: how agencies operate, how selection processes run, and what senior executives expectConfidence on the phone and in the room with senior peopleA record of delivering to deadlines and formal requirementsComfort with ambiguity and with situations where the answer isn't obviousRecruitment experience is welcome but not essential
