About This RoleThis is a Business Development role, with approximately 70% of the focus on developing new accounts across the industrial and manufacturing sectors, and the remaining 30% focused on managing existing accounts.Identifying and winning new service, maintenance and aftermarket opportunitiesDeveloping new customers and expanding existing key accountsConverting customers to longer-term service and maintenance agreementsIdentifying opportunities for additional service work, spare parts and aftermarket solutionsUnderstanding customer requirements and developing appropriate commercial solutionsBuilding strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersWorking closely with internal service, sales and technical teamsMonitoring market activity and identifying new business opportunitiesSupporting customer satisfaction and retentionManaging opportunities through the sales cycle from identification through to closeRequirementsProven experience in business development,
