Mentis Group Of Companies T/A Macrack is a leading Australian supplier and manufacturer of Australian-made pallet racking materials, servicing customers nationwide.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-focused Pallet Racking Installer to join our team immediately.This hands-on role involves installing, modifying, and dismantling pallet racking and warehouse storage systems at customer sites.
You will work closely with other installers and site personnel to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys practical construction work, wide-ranging sites, working with tools, and seeing a quality installation take shape.Working ArrangementsFull-time position based from Pinkenba, with work completed at customer sitesStart and finish times may vary to meet project and site requirementsRegular travel throughout South East Queensland, with occasional regional or interstate work as requiredOvertime and occasional weekend work may be availableImmediate start available for the right candidateKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, modify, relocate, and dismantle pallet racking and warehouse storage systemsRead and follow site plans, layouts, job instructions, and manufacturer specificationsMeasure, set out, level, plumb, anchor, and secure racking components accuratelyUse hand tools, power tools, access equipment, and lifting equipment safelyLoad, unload, sort, and stage installation materials at customer sitesConduct pre-start checks and identify hazards before and during installation workMaintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping,
