We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team and make a genuine difference in the lives of the participants and families we work with.About the RoleYou'll provide one-on-one NDIS support tailored to each participant's goals, including community access, daily living skills, social and recreational participation, and capacity building.
Shifts can vary and may include weekends.What You'll Be DoingSupporting participants with community access and social participationAssisting with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, transport, etc.)Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goalsBuilding positive,



trusting relationships with the people you supportAccurate shift notes and progress reporting in line with NDS requirementsWorking collaboratively with support coordinators, plan managers and familiesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in disability support or a related field (desirable but not essential)Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicleA person-centred, strengths-based approach to supportWhy FNS?
