You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes and communities across the Southern Adelaide area, bridging hospital and community services.As part of the HITH team, you will manage caseloads, coordinate acute-level care, and work under the Nurse Unit Manager.
A 7-day roster and robust clinical skills are required.
