You'll ensure every detail is handled with precision, delivering a flawless experience from inquiry through to arrival.Manage and coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry through to departureLiaise with sales, front office, and events teams to ensure smooth executionInput and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systemsMonitor room allocations, rates,
