Pepe's Mexican is an established Brisbane restaurant group, serving Mexican-inspired food and drinks across our restaurants.We are looking for a reliable Cook who takes pride in food quality, consistency, hygiene and working effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.Job ResponsibilitiesPreparing and cooking Mexican-inspired dishes according to established recipes and presentation standardsPreparing ingredients including meat, vegetables, sauces, marinades and other food componentsCooking food using grills, fryers, ovens, stovetops and other commercial kitchen equipmentPreparing food during service periods efficiently and consistentlyPortioning and plating food according to restaurant standardsMonitoring food quality, freshness and presentationFollowing food safety,
