This is a broad, hands-on accounting position offering exposure across financial reporting, payroll, compliance, management reporting and business operations.Please note: Cantonese language skills are a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Cantonese.The key partsBrisbane locationFull-time permanent opportunityDiverse end-to-end accounting roleExposure to senior leadership and key stakeholdersManage and support a small accounts functionWork across reporting, compliance, payroll and business improvementsFluent Cantonese language skills requiredMandarin language skills highly regardedWhat you will be required to doManage month-end and year-end financial reporting processesPrepare management reports and variance analysisOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functionsManage payroll activities including onboarding, terminations and timesheet processingPrepare and coordinate BAS, GST, PAYG, Payroll Tax and other statutory reporting requirementsMonitor intercompany transactions and reconciliationsPrepare cash flow forecasts and financial analysisAssist with budgeting and forecasting activitiesCoordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodiesDevelop and improve accounting policies,
