ALDI is recruiting a Store Manager in Australia to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and develop a motivated team.
You will train staff, conduct reviews, and ensure a secure, clean, and compliant environment while delivering excellent customer service.You will manage stock, merchandising, and loss prevention while partnering with the Area Manager to identify improvement opportunities and achieve targets.
This is a full-time leadership role at ALDI.
