Talent Acquisition Advisor Narre Warren | Local Government $53 per hour + Super Full time Contract until 19 January **** A local government organisation based in Narre Warren is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a contract through to January ****.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy and collaborative team while supporting end-to-end recruitment across a diverse workforce.
Key responsibilities include:Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop meaningful recruitment briefsCoordinating end-to-end recruitment activities across a broad range of positionsManaging recruitment workflows through PageUp and supporting the offer processProviding exceptional customer-focused service to candidates and stakeholdersSupporting onboarding and recruitment-related activities in partnership with HR, Payroll and Injury Management teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceMaintaining compliance with recruitment policies, procedures and relevant legislationSupporting talent pooling and workforce planning initiatives where requiredEnsuring accurate records management, background checks and recruitment administrationAbout You To be successful, you will bring:Previous experience in recruitment,



talent acquisition or human resourcesExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a busy environmentStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detailExperience working with HRIS platforms, ideally PageUpKnowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and employment legislationThe ability to balance compliance requirements with a positive customer experienceA continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to problem solvingHighly RegardedPrevious experience within local government or another regulated environmentExposure to talent pooling initiativesQualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related disciplineIf this sounds like your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
