You will act as a key point of contact for payroll and time-related enquiries, support system testing and enhancements, contribute to governance and compliance activities, and help drive process improvements across the function.
Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve payroll enquiries with a focus on time and attendance, leave management, scheduling, roster maintenance and workforce recordsProvide advice and support on payroll and workforce time management processesDevelop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materialsPerform payroll validation and control activities to ensure accuracy,
