Haverick Meats is seeking a skilled and reliable High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehousing and distribution team.
This is a casual position based in Botany, NSW ****.
As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, safely and efficiently managing inventory movement and storage within our facility.
This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of product handling and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.What you'll be doingOperating high reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, stack, and store products within the warehouseConducting pre-operation checks on forklift equipment to ensure all safety features are functioning correctlyTransporting goods between loading areas, storage locations, and dispatch zones whilst maintaining strict safety protocolsStacking products to maximum heights in accordance with warehouse specifications and safety requirementsMaintaining accurate records of inventory movements and documenting any damage or discrepanciesAdhering to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and warehouse proceduresCollaborating with warehouse team members to optimise workflow and meet daily operational targetsPerforming general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised,



and safe warehouse environmentWhat we're looking forCurrent and valid High Reach Forklift Licence (or equivalent certification recognised in NSW)Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environmentStrong understanding of workplace health and safety standards, particularly relating to forklift operationExcellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work safely at heights and manage the physical demands of the roleStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamReliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual shifts as requiredExperience working in a food or cold storage environment is advantageousA commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to best practice proceduresAbout usHaverick Meats is a leading provider in the meat distribution industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
