We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to join a major HR transformation program.
About the Role:You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a recent Workday solution.
Key responsibilities include: Mapping Level 4 and Level 5 business processes Leading requirements workshops with business stakeholders Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements Working with architects and vendors to develop solutions Identifying gaps between business requirements and proposed solutions Supporting testing, UAT and implementation Maintaining requirements traceability through delivery Supporting go-live and hypercare activities About You: 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst Strong Workday HCM experience Strong BPMN process mapping skills Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience Experience with system integrations and technical requirements Experience supporting UAT and implementation What's on offer?
