A small but highly reputable boutique strata agency, they are seeking a new team member to provide key support to the company's portfoliosThe Role:Spanning Compliance and Insurance matters, specific tasks will include:Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards across Fire, Safety, Lifts etc and arrange quotes / works where requiredInsurance / Claim Management: Gain quotes, advise on claims and support buildings with the process, staying up to date with insurance lawsPolicy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective compliance policies and proceduresTraining and Awareness: Conduct training sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements and foster a culture of compliance awareness.Risk Management:
