You'll work side-by-side with leaders to solve people challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver practical initiatives that improve performance and engagement.It's a role suited to someone who enjoys pace, can confidently influence senior stakeholders, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are shaping a forward people plan.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to translate business plans into clear people priorities and actionable HR initiativesCoach and support leaders on team performance, leadership effectiveness, and day-to-day people decisionsLead talent and succession conversations, identify capability gaps, and drive development actions that stickSupport organisational changes (structure, role design, ways of working) and help leaders navigate change wellUse insights and data (turnover, engagement, performance trends) to identify risks/opportunities and guide decisionsDeliver the annual people rhythms including performance cycles, remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking and job evaluation supportProvide high-quality employee relations support, including complex case management, investigations (where required),
