and moreKeeping things running smoothly - maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer recordsCreating excellent first impressions - conducting Welcome Calls to ensure new customers feel confident and supported from day oneSupporting an exceptional customer journey - helping deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through to installation completionWhat We're Looking ForYou'll bring:Previous customer service, administration, scheduling, or call-handling experienceConfidence and professionalism when speaking with customers over the phoneStrong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapportA love for structure, processes, and getting things doneExperience in contact centres, appointment setting, bookings, administration, or service coordination will be highly regarded - but we're most interested in your ability to communicate well and deliver a great customer experience.
