Disability Support Worker – Weekdays daytime
Birchgrove and Paddington & Surrounds | Weekdays | Daytime Shifts 8am - 4pm

We are looking for people who are available for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm.
Depending on the client you support, your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and mobility assistance
Supporting daily routines and activities
Disability and complex care support
Social support and companionship
Community access
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Emotional support
Supporting clients to maintain relationships and achieve their personal goals
Following individual care plans and support strategies
What We're Looking For
Experience in disability support, home care or community care
A relevant qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Nursing or a related field
A genuine passion for person-centred care
Confidence supporting clients with a range of care needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
Availability for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm
Ability to travel to Birchgrove, Paddington and surrounding suburbs
Reliability, professionalism and a caring attitude
