Certificate of Registration or Licence in Strata (or be willing to obtain).

The Part-Time Assistant Strata Manager will work directly with a Strata Manager.




Main duties will centre around Accounts, Insurance Renewals, Compliance, Repairs & Maintenance and managing calls and emails in the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will also be confident, well-presented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing timely advice, support and high-quality service to clients.
Our office is conveniently located in the Lower North Shore near shops, cafes, public transport and has ample off-street parking available.
