motivated investorsBrief the international research team on client needsPresent 2–3 vetted property options to match each client ( no sourcing or admin )Guide clients through to settlementNurture and close clients from idea to execution within an 8-week timeframeWork within the transaction process including solicitors, trust accounts and escrow payment arrangementsAbout youCapacity for at least 3 qualified appointments a dayProven ability to nurture and closeStrong grasp of property economics: market drivers, how property moves, and long-term leasing structuresAbility to take a client from idea, to confidence, to executionWillingness to work in a second CRM and sales system alongside your ownUnderstanding of markets, drivers and economic cycles, and ability to explain them simply
