We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing team across the Sutherland and St George regions.Due to strong client demand, we are particularly seeking applicants who are available to work between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of three days per week.If you're looking for meaningful work where you can make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Care Worker, you will provide tailored in-home support that enables clients to remain safe, independent, and connected within their community.Responsibilities include:Providing personalised in-home support based on individual client needsAssisting with personal care, light domestic duties, and meal preparationSupporting clients with social engagement, community access, and companionshipPromoting client choice, independence, and wellbeingBuilding positive relationships with clients and their familiesProviding services throughout the Sutherland and St George regionsDelivering support during our peak service hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to FridayWhat We're Looking ForPermanent Part-Time and Casual opportunities availableMinimum 12 months' experience in aged care, disability, home and community care, or a similar support roleAvailability to work between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to FridayAvailability for a minimum of three weekdays per week (additional availability is highly regarded)Compassionate, reliable,



and flexible team members with excellent communication skillsAbility to confidently deliver high-quality care and complete accurate documentationRelevant qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Nursing, or a related field (or currently studying or willing to enrol)Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across a variety of locations and support diverse client needsPay RatesWe pay under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (MA******) – Home Care, with hourly rates ranging from $***** to $***** per hour, depending on your classification, qualifications, and experience.What's in It for You?
