Reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our orders moving.

making sure every enquiry is handled quickly and accurately Processing purchase orders and doing accurate data entry across our systemsWorking with suppliers and teams across the business to keep orders on trackSupporting reporting and keeping our data clean and reliableWhat you'll bringA solid customer service background and a customer-first attitudeExcellent attention to detail, because accuracy matters hereConfidence with systems, processes and ExcelClear, professional written and spoken English, with customers and internal teams alikeA "systems mindset": you like to understand how things work and how to make them work betterUniversity students welcome!
If you're studying, you'll need:Some customer service experience and an understanding of what good customer service looks likeTo be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environmentTo commit to the same 3 days every week (Tue, Wed, Thu) until JanuaryThis is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience to broaden their scope.
You'll work closely with the wider team, including Operations and externally with our suppliers.
