You'll make sure current clients are set up properly, correspondence goes out on time and nothing falls through the cracks.
It suits someone who likes order, enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right.What you'll doSet up new clients in our practice management system and relevant external portalsSupport the Administration Manager to prepare engagement letters, recurring review letters and standard client correspondenceMaintain client files,



mail and registers and follow up signed documents and paymentsProcess changes to client detailsRespond to information requests from clients and the team, handling personal information in line with privacy requirementsLiaise regularly with the ATO regarding client requestsSupport our partners and managers with day-to-day administrationSpot ways our processes could run better, and help make it happenAbout you2 years administration experience, ideally in accounting or professional servicesConfident with Microsoft 365; experience with Xero and FYI Docs is a bonusClear, professional written and verbal communicationOrganised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlinesA sharp eye for detail and accuracyFriendly, client-focused and happy to pitch in where neededCertificate in Business Administration highly regardedWhat we offerPart-time hours that give you room for life outside workRegular team bonding and wellness initiatives, because we look after our people as well as our clientsA friendly, close-knit team that lives its Family First value
