As a contractor,



you'll help create safe and hygienic living environments that support independence and wellbeing.We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to support our valued NDIS participants with daily activities that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.Role and ResponsibilityAssist with the daily care of clientsPerform housekeeping duties including cleaning, food preparation and shoppingMonitor or administer some medicationTrain clients to care for themselves and educate family membersParticipate in case reviews to determine the needs and wellbeing of the clientImprove wellbeing and independence of clientsMeal prep and medication promptsCommunity access, transport, and social supportLight domestic assistance and companionshipEssential Skills and Qualifications(beneficial but not necessary)Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) or nursing qualificationsValid driver's licence + vehicle with insuranceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or WWCCPolice Check / NDIS Worker ScreeningCurrent First Aid & CPR2 years of Personal Care experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with individuals with disabilitiesIn return, you will receive:A dynamic and unique working environmentFlexibility
