More than an apprenticeship
At ICA, an apprenticeship is not where your development finishes.

Your pathway could take you from:
Not everyone wants to follow the same pathway, and that is fine.
You can build an excellent career as a skilled tradesperson, specialist technician, supervisor or site professional.
But if you have the ability and ambition to keep progressing, we do not believe your development should stop when your apprenticeship finishes.
At ICA, your trade is your foundation, not your ceiling.
You bring the effort, ability and ambition.
We will provide the training, experience and pathway to help you continue developing.
