Our client is a global equipment manufacturer with a major presence across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia, and we are looking for an experienced Aftersales Truck Parts & Service Contracts Specialist to join their growing commercial team.This is a genuine hunter sales role focused on growing aftermarket parts, service and customer relationships across the transport and fleet sector.The OpportunityYou will be responsible for developing new and existing fleet customers, selling truck and trailer aftermarket parts, service contracts and associated aftersales solutions.You will deal directly with fleet operators ranging from single-truck businesses through to fleets of *****+ trucks, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to increase parts and service spend.We are looking for someone who understands the truck aftermarket, knows how fleet customers operate and is confident getting out in front of customers to win business.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales of truck and trailer aftermarket partsIdentify and win new fleet customersManage and expand existing fleet relationshipsSell service contracts and aftersales solutionsConduct regular customer visits and develop strong commercial relationshipsIdentify opportunities to increase parts and service revenueWork closely with service, parts and internal OEM teamsPrepare quotations,



negotiate pricing and close salesManage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targetsDevelop relationships with fleet owners, transport managers, workshops and purchasing teamsProvide customers with technical and commercial advice across parts and service requirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a proven aftermarket truck parts salesperson who understands the industry and knows how to sell.You will ideally have:5+ years' experience selling aftermarket truck partsA trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle MechanicStrong knowledge of truck and trailer partsExperience dealing with fleet customers and transport operatorsA proven track record in business development and salesStrong commercial negotiation and closing skillsThe confidence to cold call, prospect and win new businessExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA qualified and customer-focused approachExperience with fleet maintenance, workshops, service contracts, truck dealerships, OEMs or aftermarket parts distributors will be highly regarded.Salary Package –Base Salary - $95,000Car Allowance - $21,000 + Fuel Card + TollsCompany CommissionsCompany techTeam events and world class career development programmeFuture career path with global equipment OEM
