About the role – COMMIS CHEF – Greenbank Services ClubWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the catering team at Greenbank Services Club, QLD.
This is a casual position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Catering Manager/Executive Chef, Head Chef and Senior Chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests at the **** Queensland Club of the Year and Boutique Dining Restaurant of the Year (Gardens Steak and Seafood).
What you'll be doingAssisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a diverse range of dishes from our menus across the 2 kitchensMaintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchenCarrying out allocated kitchen tasks efficiently and to a high standardMaintaining clear communication with fellow team members and managementParticipating in the rotation of kitchen duties and responsibilitiesContributing ideas and suggestions to develop and enhance our menu offeringsEnsuring a clean,
