This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior practitioner looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth and success of a highly regarded personal injury law firm.About the RoleAs Practice Leader, you will provide leadership, strategic direction and technical expertise to a team of lawyers and support staff specialising in motor accident claims.You will oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, mentor and develop team members, and drive outstanding client outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to maintain a manageable personal caseload of complex matters and continue developing your own professional profile.This role offers a genuine leadership opportunity with the support of a collaborative management team and well-established operational systems.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 8 years PAE in personal injury law,
