Having secured an exciting project, this company is seeking to employ a skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the delivery of a high-end commercial project valued above $200M from start to finish in Sydney.
This company has an extensive history for developing their team members into leadership roles in the industry, making it well suited for anyone who holds career progression and stability as high priority.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual management of a prestigious construction project valued at over $200M.
You will be responsible for procurement, subcontractor letting, contract negotiations, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and financial forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside the project and site teams, you will play a key role in maintaining commercial control and ensuring the project is delivered successfully.
You will be supported by an experienced team comprising a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Managers, Foremen,



and Cadets.DUTIES.Manage subcontractor procurement and letting of contractsReview progress claims and variationsMonitor project costs and budgetsPrepare weekly reportsManage contractual correspondenceLiaise with subcontractors, consultants and clientsMonitor project programming and progressIdentify and manage commercial risksSupport the Senior Project Manager and site teamManage final accounts and project close-outSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferableProven record of delivering commercial new build projects above $50M in valueShowcase a strong track record of stability with previous employersCULTURE.This company is highly regarded as a great place to work.
