Due to a significant increase in demand, we're looking for 4 energetic and motivated individuals to join their expanding field sales team.
This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career, earn solid commissions and genuinely help people during difficult situations.
No two days are the same.
You'll be out in the community, meeting homeowners, building relationships and creating opportunities while working alongside a supportive, high-performing team.

$39 - $42 + Super per hour depending on experience

Work with a business making a genuine difference in local communities
Your Day-to-Day
Door knock within designated communities
Speak with homeowners about available services and support
Educate customers and identify opportunities
Generate quality leads and book inspections
Build trust and establish strong community relationships
Represent the business professionally in the field
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets
Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence approaching and speaking with new people
Resilience and a positive attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and independently
A customer-first approach
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Flexibility to travel when required
Experience is welcomed but not essential.
